Hold me fast
Chapter
Hold me fast
Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!
If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me.
Psalm 139 7-10
Search Me, O God, and Know My Heart
To The Choirmaster. A Psalm Of David.
Whilst listening and singing along to a praise song “Where can I go” based on the psalms 139 from Ellie Holcome. The words that painted a picture of grace for me this chapter was “your right hand will hold me fast”. According to the study notes of the bible hub , the right hand means Our Heavenly Fathers strength, favour and righteousness towards us in Christ Jesus, who likewise currently sits at the right hand of God with authority and power to save and sustain us.
What a peace and rest this brings to my heart that our Heavenly Father’s righteous right hand holds us fast in Jesus Christ therefore it is not in my own power or strength to keep me in Him for it is always His no matter what I walk through. His promise to always be here with me graciously and powerfully carrying me through and sustaining me blameless till the day I meet him again
From 1 Corinthians 1:8
Grace and peace always,
Florence

Vibrant, delicate and resilient these flowers bloom abundantly and beautifully flourish the summer season.
To the races
Two of my favourite loves are horses and fashion so attending the races has been on my wish list for the longest time so when the opportunity came to attend Ascot this year I jumped for it. To dress for the occasion I wore my Poppy Belle silhouette in the poppy trailing fabric and paired it with a beautiful Audrey Hepburn style hat and dressed it with a bow I made with left over fabric. Just seeing the horses run their race was joy to my heart and being able to dress for the occasion felt like stepping back in time in the days of another favourite of mine Secretariat.
